Indian Scout Books is proud to offer over 200 titles in book, CD and video format for our customers. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase if you are using a credit card. However, in order to make a purchase with an electronic funds transfer directly from your account, you will need to have a PayPal account. You can either sign up for an account before you shop by going to PayPal's website here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run or you will automatically be taken to an account creation page when you have filled your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction.

Adding Items to Your PayPal Shopping Cart

To add an item to your cart click on the button. This will open a new browser window displaying the contents of your cart. In this new window you can make edits to your shopping cart. You may close this window or you may keep it open while you browse the bookstore. When you move your cursor back to the www.indianscoutbooks.com website the PayPal shopping cart window will move behind the catalog window. When you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart, you can click on "View Cart" from anywhere inside the catalog. The browser window displaying your shopping cart will move to the front, or a new window will open if you had previously closed it.

In order for the PayPal shopping cart to work you must have cookies enabled with your browser. Instructions for enabling cookies:

How to Enable Cookies

Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0

• Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
• Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
• Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
• Select "Enable all cookies".
• Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+

• Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
• Click on the "Privacy" tab.
• Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
• Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

• Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
• Click on the "Security" tab.
• Click the "Custom Level" button.
• Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
• To enable:
  • Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
  • Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
• Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x

• Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
• Click on the "Advanced" tab.
• Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
• To enable:
  • Select "Always accept cookies".
• Click "OK".

Netscape Communicator 4.x

• Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
• Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
• To enable:
  • Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
• Click "OK".
